   早晨六点钟，终于在睡梦中被热醒。这样的季节是济南最热的时候，于是，提上大裤衩，睡眼朦胧的走出房间，脑子里就一个目标：去附近的泉城广场逛一逛。
   泉城广场是济南的中心广场，环顾四周，北揽旧城区古城新貌，西观趵突泉，南眺千佛山青翠绵亘，东望解放阁清雅如画，还别说，尽管是早晨六点，很多人尚在梦乡，而这里已经是人来人往，晨练的人们热闹非常。
   抬头望去，大型钢制主体雕塑《泉》屹立开阔的中央互感器。其形象取小篆“泉”字意象和“泉”文化内涵设计而成。
   整个泉标的造型流畅别致，立体感强，如水翻腾，而后一泻而下，采用天蓝色为主调，中间的明珠镶嵌其中，构成了一个“泉”字。当然，是隶书的“泉”。上面三个尖，刺破青天。那是趵突泉独有的三股水，平地冒出一米还多，如同三朵巨大的花朵，镶嵌在方型水池的表面上。中间的明珠，象人的眼睛一样，据说比喻泉水乃是济南市的珍珠。
