| On the evening of Feb. 27 arrived, Zhang Chunxian, secretary of CPC Committee of Hunan Province, and Vice General Secretary and Governor Zhou Qiang by Xu Kuangdi, Vice-President of the shower hose 10th National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE ), and his delegation. Gong Jianming, vice chairman of the Hunan Province, Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Boyun Huang, president of Central South University, attended the meeting. Zhang Chunxian welcomed, Xu Kuangdi.
